Education and Training
Herbert D. Stern, M.D., a well-trained and experienced plastic surgeon, is Medical Director for the PREMIERE Center for Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Stern graduated Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Queens College of the City University of New York, majoring in chemistry and biology.
He received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1969 from New York University School of Medicine. He then completed his general surgery training at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. During this five-year training program, Dr. Stern served as both the Senior and Chief Resident. Following general surgery, Dr. Stern was at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York for his plastic surgery residency training; he served as Chief Resident during the third year of this training.
Licensure and Specialty Board Certifications
Dr. Stern has been licensed by the states of New York, West Virginia and Virginia. He is actively licensed in Florida. Dr. Stern has been certified in both Advanced Cardiac and Basic Life support.

Dr. Robinson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in 1968 from St. Louis University School of Arts and Sciences. He graduated in 1972 from St. Louis University School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine degree.
