Eyelid Surgery, also known as Blepharoplasty, is a procedure to remove fat, along with excess skin and muscle, from the upper and lower eyelids. Eyelid surgery can correct drooping upper lids and puffy bags below your eyes, features that make you look older than you are, and even may interfere with your vision. However, Eyelid Surgery won't remove crow's feet or other wrinkles, eliminate dark circles under your eyes, or lift sagging eyebrows. PREMIERE Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Miami and Tampa has performed thousands of safe and affordable Eyelid Surgery, Blepharoplasty, procedures over the past fifteen (15) years.

While Eyelid Surgery can add an upper eyelid crease to Asian eyes, it will not erase evidence of your ethnic or racial heritage.

Eyelid Surgery can be done alone, or in conjunction with other facial surgery procedures such as a Face Lift or Brow Lift. Eyelid Surgery can also be performed in conjunction with a regimen of Botox® and Facial Fillers, such as Juvederm® and Radiesse® to maintain a youthful appearance if you are not ready for a Face Lift or a Brow Lift.

At PREMIERE Center, Eyelid Surgery is typically a two-hour procedure, with minimal post-operative discomfort and little down-time. For Upper Lid surgery the incisions are inconspicuously hidden in the crease of the upper lid. For Lower Lid surgery the incisions are inconspicuously hidden in the lash line or inside the lower lid. There are no visible scars from the Eyelid Surgery procedures. The procedure  is done on an outpatient basis, in the privacy and comfort of our fully accredited (AAAASF) cosmetic surgery suites in Miami and Tampa.

For women who desire longer lashes after their surgery, PREMIERE Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Miami and Tampa is an authorized retailer of Latisse®, the product which extends eyelashes.
