Blepharoplasty or Brow lift for female Patient in Early 20’s?

The brows are relatively well positioned in the photographs.  A brow lift may look strange on someone that age.  Premiere Center for Cosmetic Surgery would recommend a very conservative blepharoplasty.  Removing too much skin would pull the heavy skin from the brow down onto the lid, negating the effect of the surgery.  Our board certified plastic surgeons would remove a small amount of muscle and fat as well.  Botox done properly could be used to lift your lateral brow a little but only lasts four months and needs to be repeated.  You might try that before plastic surgery.  I would recommend you call one of our locations Miami or Tampa and schedule a free consultation.
